LPG Installations

• LPG installations on most makes of car or 4x4.
• All installations are carried out by qualified technicians under licence.
• All work professionally carried out with wiring run within conduit, all hoses, pipes and wiring routed neatly and carefully, so as not to interfere with factory equipment.
• All work is carried out to comply with Australian standard AS1425.
• All components used are from reputable market leaders such as SPRINTGAS, IMCO, ELCHO, LANDI, and VIALLE.
• Most LPG installations take 2 days to complete and when completed, your vehicle will be presented to you with LPG in the tank, leak tested, certified, compliance plated and road tested under varying conditions.
• Operation of the system will be explained thoroughly, a service/installation manual will be given to you.
• All of our LPG systems come with a two year component warranty and a 12 month labour warranty.
• In addition to this, we offer a full engine protection warranty for a small fee, for even extra peace of mind.

Ring mixer style LPG system

• This style of LPG system has been around for many years and has been refined to be a very reliable and efficient system.
• This system is suited to most vehicles up to 2004.

Sequential Vapour Injection System

• This system was developed to be used in vehicles with sequential fuel injection and some standard injection.
• Most vehicles manufactured after 2004, are required to be fitted with this system in order to meet strict emission standards.
• Each model vehicle is fitted with a system and tested at a government testing facility, before approval is given to sell that particular system.
• The system is quite sofisticated and due to its more complex nature, requires longer to install and is more expensive than the mixer style system.
• This system is usually more fuel efficient and is not prone to back fire problems as can be the case on the earlier system.
• It also allow for a warm up period before switching over to LPG from petrol.

Diesel LPG systems

• With diesel/gas systems, up to 20% LPG is injected via the intake air entering the engine as a catalyst promoting a more complete burn of the diesel within the combustion chamber.
• This results in more power, less smoke, cleaner oil and improved fuel economy.
• This system really shines when carrying heavy loads or towing.
